Components

1. Implementation & configuration planning

Review the match of processes to the tool implementation, to define the correct configuration of the infraEnterprise software.

Determine any need for customisation or enhancement, and specify these as a deliverable.

Then the project steps based on project deadlines, resourcing and deliverables are defined in a detailed project plan, agreed by the client before starting.

2. Install and Implement

Implementation of the infraEnterprise service management software and related tools, to the defined project plan, and typically for an agreed fixed price.

3. Training Programme

Ensure that the training needs of all involved are defined and covered in a plan with four broad areas – tools usage, configuration knowledge, technical expertise, ongoing administration.

The result is a comperehensive and documented project plan with subsequent implementation and configuration of the software.
